I made these with an after school group. They were easy for the students to do, and tasted great! Our first batch turned out a little dark, but the next batch was perfect and letting them sit a minute or two does help them crisp up.
This recipe is easy to follow and works perfect. We dipped these into the Food Hero Farmers Market Salsa recipe!
These worked great, the whole family liked them! My first batch were overcooked as i didn't think they were crispy enough when i cooked the amount of time in the recipe....turns out if you let them sit a few minutes they crisp up so the time the recipe says is what did work.
