Use these recipe sheets to prepare for larger groups:

A sundae glass filled with layers of sliced strawberries, granola, blueberries and creamy yogurt.

Ingredients

1 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup low-fat granola
1 cup blueberries or other fruit
1 cup low-fat plain yogurt

Directions

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Rinse fresh fruits under running water before preparing.
  3. Divide the strawberries among 4 glasses.
  4. Sprinkle ¼ cup granola over the strawberries in each glass.
  5. Divide blueberries and place on top of granola.
  6. Spoon ¼ cup yogurt on top of the blueberries.
  7. Enjoy right away.
  8. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.

Notes

  • Substitute any frozen and thawed, canned and drained, or fresh chopped fruit for strawberries and blueberries.
