Everyone will love these beautiful and naturally sweet and citrus-flavored treats. Perfect use for fresh or frozen kiwi and refreshing any time of year.
Kiwi Popsicles

Ingredients
4 kiwi, peeled and cut into chunks
1¾ cups 100% fruit juice (pineapple, apple or white grape)
½ teaspoon sugar, honey or agave syrup (optional) (See Note)
Directions
- Wash hands with soap and water.

Rinse or scrub fresh fruits under running water before preparing.
- Put kiwi and juice into a blender. Blend on low speed for a few seconds until mostly blended. Some pieces of kiwi are OK.
- Taste and add sugar, if desired.
- Pour mixture into popsicle molds or 3-ounce paper cups. Insert popsicle or wooden craft sticks.
- Freeze until hard, about 3 to 4 hours.
- Refrigerate or freeze leftovers within 2 hours.
Notes
- Honey is not recommended for children under 1 year old.
- Try adding other fresh, canned or frozen fruit such as pear or strawberries.

I had some kiwis that were on the ripe side so decided to make these popsicles with pineapple juice and no added sugar. I love the combination of tart and sweet flavors. The popsicles were very refreshing on a hot day and enjoyed by the whole family!
