Panama’s Tropical Bounty Smoothie

Ingredients
1 ½ cups mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
1 banana
1 cup milk (plain non-dairy or lowfat dairy)
2 Tablespoons lime juice
Directions
- Wash hands with soap and water.
- Rinse or scrub fresh produce before preparing.
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. When using frozen fruit, place that in the blender first.
- Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
Notes
- For an extra cold and creamy smoothie, use a frozen banana.
