Southern Seasoning

This spicy seasoning mix combines flavors to create savory meals with heat. Good with soups, stews and vegetables or use as a dry rub for meat, fish and poultry.

Ingredients

1 Tablespoon onion powder 
1½ Tablespoons garlic powder 
1 Tablespoon cayenne pepper 
2½ Tablespoons paprika 
1 Tablespoon pepper 
1½ teaspoons oregano 
1½ teaspoons chili powder 
1 teaspoon cumin

Directions

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Mix ingredients well and store in an airtight container.
