Drinkable Yogurt
Ingredients
½ cup low-fat plain yogurt
½ cup 100% fruit juice
Directions
- Wash hands with soap and water.
- Add yogurt and juice to a clean jar or other container with a lid. Close lid and shake.
- Serve cold.
- Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
Notes
- Try pineapple juice, orange juice, or apple juice.
- Try plain, vanilla, strawberry, or your favorite yogurt flavor.
