Watermelon Cooler

A refreshing, kid-approved drink with only 2 ingredients.

Ingredients

3 cups cubed watermelon, seeds removed
½ cup orange juice

Directions

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Rinse or scrub fresh fruits under running water before preparing.
  3. Place watermelon and juice in blender. Blend until smooth and serve right away.
  4. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.

Notes

  • Juice from 2 oranges (about ½ cup)

Comments

This is really good and so refreshing in the summer!

I  used lime juice (about 3 TBS) instead of the OJ in this recipe and it was awesome. Also used 2 cups of ice which gave it an icee/slurpee consistency without all the added sugar!
