I doubled this recipe for my family and I this weekend with a nice dinner. We used 8 strawberries and rounded up to 2 kiwis. It was a great substitute for juice and we got to eat the fruit afterward as a little "dessert"! Tasted best after a few hours in the fridge or immediately with ice.

Sherman Extension used this as a flavored water offering at a school carnival at Sherman County School in February 2019.  The recipe was expanded to make several gallons' worth of flavored water.  Upon preparation, the fruit separated, with the kiwis on the bottom of the container and the strawberries floating above!  Nice, gentle, fresh flavor.  Staff explains to youth that this is not sweet like juice or kool-aid, but a way to add a little flavor to water.  Most kids and parents really enjoyed it.
