Ingredients

2 cups cubed cantaloupe
1 cup low-fat lemon yogurt
1 cup orange juice

Directions

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Rinse or scrub fresh fruits under running water before preparing.
  3. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  4. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
