Ingredients
5 cups sliced cucumbers
½ cup sliced red onion
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
Directions
- Wash hands with soap and water.
- Rinse fresh vegetables under running water before preparing.
- In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, onion, salt, black pepper and vinegar.
- Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
