Drinkable Yogurt

Ingredients

½ cup low-fat plain yogurt
½ cup 100% fruit juice

Directions

  1. Add yogurt and juice to a clean jar or other container with a lid. Close lid and shake.
  2. Serve cold.
  3. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.

I love how this recipe allows many different options. I have done this with vanilla yogurt & orange juice, and strawberry yogurt & pineapple juice.
