Panama’s Tropical Bounty Smoothie

Ingredients

1 ½ cups mango chunks (fresh or frozen) 
1 banana  
1 cup milk (plain non-dairy or lowfat dairy) 
2 Tablespoons lime juice 

Directions

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Rinse or scrub fresh produce before preparing.
  3. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.  When using frozen fruit, place that in the blender first.
  4. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
     

Notes

  • For an extra cold and creamy smoothie, use a frozen banana.
