North African Spice Mix

A warm and fragrant blend of dried herbs and spices for rubbing on proteins and vegetables, and for seasoning soups, stews and marinades.

Ingredients

2 Tablespoons rosemary 
2 Tablespoons cumin 
2 Tablespoons coriander 
1 Tablespoon oregano 
1 Tablespoon paprika 
1½ teaspoons cayenne pepper 
1½ teaspoons turmeric 
1 teaspoon ginger 
¾ teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Mix ingredients well and store in an airtight container.
