Herbed Yogurt Sauce

Homemade creamy yogurt sauce blended with parsley, mint and cilantro.

Ingredients

2 cups low-fat plain Greek yogurt
2 Tablespoons olive oil
2 Tablespoons agave syrup
2 Tablespoons chopped parsley
1 Tablespoon chopped mint
1 Tablespoon chopped cilantro
1 dash each salt and black pepper

Directions

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Rinse fresh herbs under running water before preparing.

  3. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.
  4. Chill until ready to serve.
  5. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
