Ingredients

1 cup low-fat yogurt (try peach, vanilla or lemon)
⅓ cup nonfat dry milk
½ banana
¾ cup orange juice
½ cup frozen peaches

½ plátano

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
