Ingredients

2 cups diced cucumbers
1 cup seeded and diced tomato
¼ cup chopped sweet onion
2 cups cooked couscous or rice
2 teaspoons dill weed
½ cup low-fat italian salad dressing

Ingredientes

2 tazas de pepinos en trozos
1 taza de tomate en trozos y sin semillas
¼ de taza de cebolla dulce, picada
2 tazas de cuscús o arroz, cocido
2 cucharaditas de hojas de eneldo (dill weed)
½ taza de aderezo italiano para ensalada, bajo en grasa

Directions

  1. Toss together the cucumber, tomatoes, onions, couscous or rice, dill weed and salad dressing.
  2. For best flavor, chill for 1 hour before serving.
  3. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.

  1. Mezcle juntos los pepinos, los tomates, la cebolla, el cuscús o arroz, el eneldo y el aderezo para ensalada.
  2. Para un mejor sabor, déjelo reposar por 1 hora antes de servir.
