Ingredients

1 head cauliflower (medium)
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
2 teaspoons garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
¼ cup grated cheese

2 cucharaditas de ajo en polvo
½ cucharadita de cebolla en polvo
½ cucharadita de sal
½ cucharadita de pimienta
¼ taza de queso rallado (opcional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Cut cauliflower into florets about equal in size and put in a large bowl. Add the oil, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper and stir to coat the pieces.
  3. Spread the florets on a large baking sheet with space between the pieces.
  4. Roast for 30 minutes or until cauliflower is tender when pierced with a fork. Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
  5. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.

Preparación

  1. Precaliente el horno a 400 grados F.
  2. Corte la coliflor en florecillas aproximadamente iguales en tamaño. Mezcle las piezas con aceite y coloque en una bandeja para hornear en una sola capa. Mezcle las especias y espolvoree de manera uniforme encima de la coliflor.
  3. Hornee durante 30 minutos o hasta que la coliflor está tierna al hincar con un tenedor. Espolvoree con queso.
  4. Refrigere lo que sobre dentro de las siguientes 2 horas.
