½ cup nonfat or low-fat plain yogurt
¼ cup peanut butter
¾ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Directions
- Wash hands with soap and water.
- In a small bowl, mix together yogurt and peanut butter. Add cinnamon, if desired.
- Serve with slices of fruit or vegetables.
- Refrigerate leftovers within two hours.
Preparación
- Lávese las manos con agua y jabón.
- En un tazón pequeño, mezcle el yogur y crema de cacahuate. Añada la canela, si desea.
- Sirva con rodajas de fruta o verduras.
- Refrigere lo que sobre dentro de las siguientes 2 horas.

- To avoid peanut butter, try sunflower seed butter.

- Para no usar crema de cacahuate (mantequilla de maní), prueba crema de semillas de girasol.
