Ingredients

1 tablespoon lime juice
¼ cup fresh mint leaves
2 tablespoons brown sugar
3 cups watermelon cubes
3 cups honeydew cubes

Ingredientes

¼ taza de hojas de menta fresca
2 cucharadas de azúcar morena
3 tazas de sandía cortada en cubitos
3 tazas de melón verde (honeydew) cortado en cubitos

Instructions

  1. Blend lime juice, mint leaves and brown sugar together in a small food processor.
  2. Place melon cubes in a bowl. Drizzle dressing over melon and toss gently.
  3. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.

Preparación

  1. Licúe el jugo de limón verde, las hojas de menta y el azúcar morena en una procesadora pequeña de alimentos.
  2. Coloque los cubitos de melón en un tazón. Rocíe por encima con la mezcla de limón y revuleva cuidadosamente.
  3. Refrigere lo que sobre dentro de las siguientes 2 horas.
