Preview Oregon Harvest 4 Schools (OH4S) Videos!

Why? Oregon Department of Education, in partnership with Oregon State University (OSU) Food Hero, wants to create videos for kids and families that make learning about fruits and vegetables and how they are grown fun and interesting. We need your help! Your responses to these surveys will tell us how we can improve the next videos we make.

Who can take these? Elementary and middle school-aged students, siblings, parents, and caregivers.  Parents and caregivers can do these side-by-side with your youth and young children.

What? Click each link below to watch a short, 2 - 3 minute video on a OH4S featured food, and answer questions about what you saw! Each survey will take up to 10 minutes to complete. Be sure to complete all of the questions and click the arrows >> at the end of each page to fully submit your responses. Please ask an adult for help if you need it! Parents can coach you through each question and help you submit your responses.

When? You can re-use each link if you need to go back in to finish a survey. Take as many as you like (up to 8 videos), but complete one survey per topic for each person, please.

Where? Take these at home and share the links with your family and friends!  Each link connects to an online survey.  If you would prefer to complete the questions on a paper survey, (a PDF file), please email food.hero@oregonstate.edu and indicate "OH4S youth video feedback" in the subject line to request a paper survey format.
