Event Date
Age may be "just a number," but nutrition needs begin to change as we reach age 50 and above. Older adults have special food and healthy eating needs. A nutrition educator will be your guide and coach in this fun and interactive class. Come and learn about ways to fuel yourself well. For this session, the topic will be bone health and it's importance as you age.

This one-hour session is held via a Zoom video call. You will need a smartphone or a computer with an internet connection. Please join us in this interactive class. Participation is encouraged so we can all learn from each other!

Pre-registration is required.
