Peach Yogurt Smoothie

A sweet, creamy, and refreshing smoothie that makes a wonderful on-the-go breakfast or afternoon treat.

Ingredients

1 cup low-fat yogurt (try plain or any flavor)
⅓ cup nonfat dry milk
½ banana
¾ cup orange juice
½ cup frozen peaches

Directions

  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Put all ingredients into a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.

Notes

  • 1 cup chopped or sliced peaches (about 1.5 to 2 medium fresh)
  • Serve as a snack or dessert during the summer months.
