3 cups 1% or nonfat milk
3 cups sliced fruit, any type (fresh, frozen, or canned and drained)


  1. Wash hands with soap and water.
  2. Combine milk and fruit in a blender and put lid on tightly.
  3. Blend until smooth. Serve right away.
  4. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
