Fruit Smoothie 2 (with milk)
3 cups 1% or nonfat milk
3 cups sliced fruit, any type (fresh, frozen, or canned and drained)
- Wash hands with soap and water.
- Combine milk and fruit in a blender and put lid on tightly.
- Blend until smooth. Serve right away.
- Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.
