Ingredients

1 cup chopped peaches, canned or fresh (about 1.5 to 2 medium fresh)
1 large tomato, chopped
1 bell pepper, seeded and chopped
½ cup chopped onion (1⁄2 medium onion)
½ cup chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon lime juice
¼ teaspoon each salt and pepper

Ingredientes

1 taza de duraznos picados, frescos, congelados o enlatados / escurridos (aproximadamente 1.5-2 frescos medianos)
1 tomate grande, picado
1 chile campana, sin semillas y picado
½ taza de cebolla picada (1⁄2 cebolla mediana)
½ taza de cilantro picada
1 cucharada de jugo de limón verde
¼ cucharadita de sal y pimienta

Instructions

  1. Combine peaches, tomato, bell pepper, onion and cilantro in a large bowl. Add lime juice, salt and pepper and gently stir to mix.
  2. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.

  1. Combine los duraznos, el tomate, el chile campana, la cebolla y el cilantro en un recipiente grande. Añada el jugo de limón, la sal y la pimienta y revuelva suavemente para mezclarlo todo.
  2. Cubra y refrigere hasta que esté listo para servir.
  3. Refrigere lo que sobre dentro de las siguientes 2 horas

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add cayenne pepper or diced jalapeno peppers.
  • Serve with fresh vegetables, crackers or Food Hero Baked Tortilla Chips.
  • Try with tacos, tostadas, fish, chicken, and more.
