Ingredients

1⁄2 cup
raspberries fresh or frozen/thawed
1 Tablespoon
sugar
1 cup
plain nonfat yogurt
3
pears or apples, sliced for serving

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mash the raspberries with sugar. Stir in the yogurt.
  2. Serve with cut fruit.
  3. Refrigerate leftovers within two hours
