Ingredientes

6 onzas
de espinaca (aproximadamente 7 tazas)

naranjas
1 1⁄2 taza
de fresas, partidas por mitad
1 taza
de nueces tipo "walnut" en trozos (tostadas, si se desea)
 
Aderezo
1 cucharadita
de azúcar
1⁄4 de cucharadita
de paprika
2 cucharadas
de jugo de naranja (el jugo de 1/4 naranja)
1 cucharada
de jugo de limón amarillo
1 1⁄2 cucharadita
de vinagre
1 cucharadita
de cebolla, finamente picada
2 cucharadas
de aceite de la ensalada

Preparación

  1. Wash and dry spinach, cut into chunks, cool.
  2. To prepare the orange: Peel the oranges and remove the peel and the membrane from the outside of the fruit. Then, using a peeling knife, carefully remove the membrane from the orange pieces, so that the pulp of the orange is left alone.
  3. To make the dressing: Combine all the ingredients in a jar and stir well, or mix the ingredients in a blender.
  4. Before serving, stir carefully the orange and strawberries with the nuts and spinach. Add the dressing and mix well. Serve immediately.
  5. Refrigerate what's inside within the next 2 hours.
